The short version
We collect as little as possible, we do not sell anything about you to anyone, and the tools themselves collect nothing at all — they run inside your browser and never send your content anywhere.

What we collect, and why
When you buy something. Your name, email address, billing country and the details of your order. We need these to take payment, deliver the file, send updates and keep proper accounting records. The lawful basis is performance of our contract with you, and our legal obligation to keep tax records.
Your payment details never reach us. Card numbers go directly to our payment provider. We see only that a payment succeeded, and the last few digits.
When you email us. Whatever you write, so that we can answer you and so we have the history if you write again.
When you visit the site. Standard technical information — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser type — used to understand whether the site works and where people come from. Where this involves non-essential cookies we ask first. See the Cookie Policy.
If you join our email list. Your email address and name, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message.
What the tools collect
Nothing.
Once downloaded, our tools run entirely in your own browser. Your images, your titles and your finished files stay on your computer. They are not uploaded, not stored by us, and not visible to us. Your saved brand settings live in your own browser’s local storage, on your machine.
Who else sees your data
Only the companies that make the sale possible, and only what they need:
- Our payment provider, to take the payment
- Our web host, which stores the site and its order records
- Our email provider, to send your receipt, your download and any updates
- Our accountant and the tax authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Sending data across borders
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our suppliers may be elsewhere, including the EU and the United States. Where your data leaves your own country, we rely on the safeguards our suppliers have in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires, which is generally five years from the end of the relevant period. Support emails for as long as they are useful, then deleted. Mailing list details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Show you what we hold about you
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- Send it to you or someone else in a portable form
- Stop using it for a particular purpose, including marketing
- Withdraw consent you previously gave

If you are in the EU or the UK and you think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, so we can put it right.
Children
Our products are for people running a business. We do not knowingly sell to, or collect data about, anyone under 18.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to order records is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise: if something happens that puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and change the date below.
