Before you buy
What exactly am I buying?
A file you download and keep. Each tool is a single HTML file you double-click, and it opens in your browser like a web page. The folder around it holds a plain-English guide, spreadsheet templates, AI prompts and a licence.
Do I need to install anything?
No. There is nothing to install, no account to make, no plugin, no login.
Will it work on my computer?
Yes, if you have Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on Windows or on a Mac. A laptop or desktop is far easier than a phone when you are making a real batch.
Do I need Canva, Photoshop or a subscription to anything else?
No. The tools do the work themselves.
Is there a subscription?
No. One payment, one file, yours for good. Nothing renews.
Can I use what I make for client work?
Yes. Whatever you make with the tools is yours, with no royalty and no credit required, including for clients. What you may not do is resell or share the tool files themselves. The full licence sits inside every download as LICENCE.txt.
I already own one of the three site tools. Should I buy the bundle?
No. Buy the other two on their own pages, which comes to less than the $129 bundle. The bundle is for starting with all three.

Buying and getting your files
How do I get my files?
Straight away. The download buttons are on the confirmation page the moment you pay, and the same links are in your receipt email.
Nothing arrived. What now?
Look in Spam and Promotions first, then write to support@shethriveslab.com with the email address you paid with, and we will send it by hand.
Can I have a refund?
These are instant downloads, so sales are final. We do refund a duplicate charge, a payment you did not make, and a fault we cannot fix. The refund and cancellation policy sets it out in full.
I am in the EU or the UK. What about my 14-day right to cancel?
You normally have fourteen days to cancel a distance purchase. For a download that arrives immediately, that right ends once delivery starts with your agreement, which is what the tickbox at checkout is for. If you would rather keep the fourteen days, do not tick it, and email us instead.
Do you charge tax?
Where we are required to collect tax at your country’s rate, it is added and shown at checkout before you pay.
Using the tools
Do my photos and words get uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens inside your own browser. Nothing is sent to us and nothing is stored by us, which is also why the tools work offline.
Do I need to be online?
Only to download the file in the first place. After that the tools run with the internet off.
Are updates included?
Yes, free, for as long as the product exists. Your download link keeps serving the current version.
Something is broken.
Email support@shethriveslab.com and say what you clicked, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps enormously. If it is a bug we fix it and send you the new file, free, however long after you bought it.
Where do the pages and graphics I export go?
Wherever you like. Images save to your computer like any download. Exported pages are plain HTML files that work on any host: your own, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, or pasted into a WordPress block.
